The return policy is easy and simple to execute

Aren’t you satisfied with the product you received from us? Do you want a different size or colour for the same product? No worries, our return policy  allows you to return the product to us and get the refund for the same. We at, receive return request of the products delivered to you by us within 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days from the date of the delivery, we do not entertain any kind of return policies for any customers.

The items must be in the best condition as delivered

You can return any new and unused products that have been delivered by us. The best part is that you can get hold of a full refund. Hence, shopping online won’t let you waste the money in case you are not satisfied with any of our items. In order to get a refund, you have to make sure that the item(s) you are returning are in the proper condition as it was delivered to you. There must be proper price tags and labels and receipts as well. If these things are not there, your return policy will not be accepted at any cost by us.

The returns are not applicable for every item

In case, you are shopping from our site, you must have the knowledge that our return policy is applicable only for clothing and footwear products. You cannot return makeup items, jewellery and ornaments, and accessories. Moreover, don’t send any pick-up executives to collect the item(s) you want to return. In case, you have bought an item from a third party or a re-seller, you must return the products to their locations. Moreover, the items are subject to their return policy.

We don’t give options for replacement or exchange

You don’t have the option to replace and exchange the orders for different size, colour or dimension. In case, you are not satisfied with the product you have an option to return it to us and you will be refunded the amount within a specified amount of time.

Refund policy

It is our endeavour to process your refunds with 5 to 6 business/working days getting reflected in your given bank accounts. This is calculated from the date you returned the product(s), clearing the quality check at the warehouse. We take care of every refund discrepancy

In case, you are subject to any kind of refund discrepancy, takes the discretion and might ask you to share your bank statement’s screenshot. In certain situations, the product might reach the warehouse late and thereby quality check gets delayed. Hence, the refund initiated in your bank account is also late. If the product fails to clear the quality check, you won’t get back your refund credited to your bank account.

Furthermore, might refuse to make a refund in case we find any kind of fraud evidence against you or refund abuse and undesirable behavior that gives us the right to a claim against you.

Different payment modes and the refund policy functioning

Based on the mode of payment, the refund policy has different working methods. Let us have a look.

  • In case, you have paid using your bank credit card or debit card for the order, the refund is expected to get credited into your account within seven working days from the date of quality check clearing process.
  • When you have used the COD or Cash on Delivery option for making the payment, you will get the refund credited either to your bank account within 5 to 10 working days.
